The Congress Center Leipzig (CCL) is located within Leipzig Trade Fair’s exhibition and convention centre and is part of the Leipziger Messe Group. It is embedded in a park landscape and stands for maximum functionality with its clear, modern, aesthetic and high-quality architecture. The CCL features 23 halls and rooms and spacious, light-flooded exhibition and foyer areas. The largest hall offers space for up to 1,200 people seated in rows; a total of 3,700 seats is available.
In combination with the exhibition halls and the spectacular Glass Hall, the CCL is also very well suited for large congresses and events. Purpose-built auditoria which can be flexibly integrated into the exhibition halls can accommodate up to 10,000 people.

Leipzig is right in the heart of Europe. Congress Center Leipzig is quick and convenient to get to by any means – whether by car, train, coach or plane. The Leipziger Messe venue including the CCL is situated just off of the A14 motorway, near the Schkeuditzer Kreuz junction. Leipzig/Halle Airport is only eight minutes away by public transport or by car.
From Leipzig Central Railway Station, the "Leipzig Messe" train station is reached in just six minutes by regional train (RB) or metro train (S-Bahn). The tram (line 16) also runs directly from the city centre to the exhibition grounds within less than 20 minutes.

In 2009, Leipziger Messe was the first German trade fair company to be certified with the internationally recognised Green Globe environmental and sustainability seal and has been recertified every year since then. Leipziger Messe has also held Gold status since 2018 and Platinum status since 2023. In 2012, the CCL signed the "fairpflichtet" sustainability code, an initiative of the German Convention Bureau GCB and the European Association of Event Centres EVVC for the German-speaking event industry.

The Leipzig exhibition centre with the CCL is designed to be barrier-free and offers short and easy routes. The barrier-free access network creates plenty of freedom of movement. All halls are accessible at ground level and there are no thresholds to hinder access. This means that visitors with limited mobility can easily reach all entrances.
Barrier-free parking spaces are available at the front of the visitor car parks on the exhibition grounds and directly at the CCL.
Visitors can also borrow a wheelchair for their visit to the trade fair in the West and East Entrance Halls and in the Congress Centre Leipzig.
